Professor Celestine earned a Masters of. Library Science and a Bachelor of .Arts from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Prior to joining Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà and IUON in June 2006, Ms. Celestine directed operations for HealthLink Services-Research Services Department, Kitchener Public Library, Kitchener, Ontario. Other positions held by Ms. Celestine were Assistant Director of Library Services, St. Georges University, School of Medicine, Grenada; Director of Library Services, Arusha International Development Resource Centre, Calgary, Alberta; and Library Director, University of the West Indies, Extra-Mural Dept., St Georges, Grenada.

In addition to directing all daily library and exam center operations, Professor Celestine strives to keep Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà in step with advances in library science, medical information resources and technology, computerized assessment, and educational technologies.
